Membership application and renewal fees are $300 annually
and include:

• You to be represented on our website.
• Your meals to be paid for at our four Thursday evening meetings.
• You will meet like-minded practitioners in functional/integrative medicine.
• You will gain a referral network based on integrative medical philosophies.
  
• You will have an open forum to discuss pertinent disease states from an integrative view point. Clinicians receive solutions for helping their patients in ways they might not be aware.
• You will be a part of a grass roots group that is up to raising the awareness of true "Healthcare" in the Midwest. We are committed to educating our fellow medical community and our community at large. We will be having our 3rd Annual Symposium this year on October 13th at Missouri Baptist University. This event is for everyone, practitioners and their patients. Practical lifestyle modifications will be demonstrated as well as clinical pearls for you, the practitioner, to evaluate, treat, and aid your patients in making these lifestyle modifications!
